If you are building a new home, New Construction Draw inspections are completed throughout the build process. The property owner or the lender may request these inspections, and they are simply to determine and verify stages and completion of the build. For most new builds, there will be five to seven draws for a build, AND a Final Inspection after completion. A majority of them will be to verify percentage of completion against the draws already taken and the balance standing available. 

Timing and reports for these inspections are based on the needs of the client, and billed for per visit.

Our Employee Relocation Inspection is a full test drive on your new place so you know what you're moving into. It's more than just a walk through inspection, we aren't just looking for stained carpet or scuffed walls. We are checking everything the same way we would for all of our other inspection services. 

Radon is a colorless and odorless gas formed by the decay of uranium in soil and rock. Radon can enter the home by moving through concrete cracks and common building materials like wood and sheetrock. Over time, radioactive radon gas can build up, leading to poor indoor air quality and health issues for you and your loved ones. CYA can easily test your home to ensure you and your loved ones aren't at risk.
